My family has been making Indian food since my late father,
Nazir Ud-Din opened
the first Indian restaurant in Manchester, the Bombay in 1938.
He went on to establish the Manzil in the late 60s as the
most famous restaurant
of its era and started selling his chutneys and pickles in
1968. Sauces were added to his range in 1970.
I'm very proud to follow in his distinguished footsteps
with my range of sauces and chutneys.
I'd be delighted to receive your comments and suggestions.
